What Does "Avid Accents" mean?- AVID is actually an acronym for "Arranging Visions Into Décor". That's what we are all about. We take the vision of your theme and turn it into event décor. We are all about being creative. The word "avid" also means being eager for something and that is the feeling we get about every event we decorate.

How do I handle payment?- All payments are made via Paypal invoice. We require a 50% deposit for décor rentals totaling over $150. Full payment is due upfront for invoices under $150. Balances are due 14 days before the event date.
What is
your cancellation policy? - Cancellations made prior to 14 days of
event date will incur a fee of 50% of deposit. Deposit will be forfeited
entirely if cancellation is made within 14 days of event date. Events canceled
or rescheduled due to inclement weather may incur certain non-refundable fees.
